    The workflow starts and the LSNRBPCREATEBASICSR action is
    performed as
    it should, but other actions are ignored (like setting the
    source to
    EMAIL)

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

    The SOURCE field will be set to a value 'EMAIL' which is a valid
    value of the TSDTKTSOURCE domain. This will be done using a
    setvalue action. The action will be inserted into the revised
    LSNRBP workflow at appropriate point. The revised LSNRBP
    workflow will be enabled and activated and tested with email
    listener.
    
    1. Using Database Configuration, set up a relationship from
    INBOUNDCOMM to SR
    Relationship: INBCOMMTOSR
    Child Object: SR
    Where clause: ticketid=:objectid and class='SR'
    
    2. Using Actions, set up an action on the INBOUNDCOMM object
    Action: SR SETSRC
    Object INBOUNDCOMM
    Type: Set Value
    Value: 'EMAIL'
    Parameter: INBCOMMTOSR.source
    Accessible From: WORKFLOW
    
    3. Using Workflow Designer, create a new revision of LSNRBP
    workflow process
    
    4. Make the following changes to the new revision of LSNRBP:
    (a) From the OBJECTNULL condition node, there are two connectors
    leading to STOP 2. The positive connector executes the
    LSNRBPCREATEBASICSR action (create SR) and triggers a
    notification LSNRBPCBSR while the negative connector executes
    the LSNRBPUPDATEBASICSR action (update SR) and triggers a
    notification LSNRBPUBSR. Note down the details of the positive
    connector. You will be changing this part of the canvas.
    
    (b) Delete the positive connector between OBJECTNULL and STOP 2.
    
    (c) Add a new condition node CHKSRID to the canvas. Enter
    details of the condition node :-
    Expression: :objectkey is not null and :objectname='SR'
    
    (d) Click OK to save the condition node changes.
    
    (e) Add a positive connector between OBJECTNULL condition node
    and CHKSRID condition node. Re-introduce the LSNRBPCREATEBASICSR
    action and notification LSNRBPCBSR on this positive connector.
    
    (f) Now add one positive and one negative connector between
    CHKSRID and STOP 2.
    
    (g) Bring up the properties of the positive connector that
    connects CHKSRID and STOP 2.
    
    (h) Click OK. Save your revised workflow process LSNRBP.
    
    5. Validate, enable and activate the revised LSNRBP workflow
    process.
    
    6. Deactivate any active listener using the old LSNRBP process.
    
    7. Re-link the listener to the revised workflow process.
    
    8. Save and activate the listener. Send in a test email. Verify
    that SR shows 'EMAIL' in the Source field.
