Error description
Configuration of a Disk Heartbeat network is not possible from the Extended Topology SMIT Menu due to the fact that Discovery fails to discover the possible disk devices. Consequently, the picklist will not show the disk devices in this SMIT Menu: Configure HACMP Communication Interfaces/Devices
Local fix
The /usr/es/sbin/cluster/etc/config/clip_config can be edited manually to add the correct disk information, then try again the SMIT Extended Topology Menu. Or use this alternative CSPOC Menu for 2 node clusters: # smit cl_disk_man Manage Two-Node Disk Heartbeat Networks

Problem conclusion
Correct the in cl_queryvg which populates the dishkhb picklist.
