  change this part
  from:

  tws.loggers.trcMonman.description=Main message tracer for Monman
  into
  tws.loggers.trcMonman.level= ERROR
  tws.loggers.trcMonman.autoCheck=true
  tws.loggers.trcMonman.listenerNames=twsHnd.trcFile
  tws.loggers.trcMonman.description=Main message tracer for Monman
  Save the file
  Start TWS
  

Problem summary

• See apar description This issue is a side
  effect ofthe fact that some files (see below) had incorrect
  right: The owner and group are root for the files
  
  
    -monmaneif.conf
    -monmaneif.templ
   And also the permissions is not correct.
  In this condition the warning appears.The issue is solved:
   2) change the owner and group from root to twsuser for the
  following
   files:
    -monmaneif.conf
    -monmaneif.templ
   3) change permissions to 664 for monmaneif.conf
  

Problem conclusion

• This apar will be fixed 851 fp5
  and 86 fp3.
