IV37313: MAXIMO 7504 - MOUSE HOVER OVER BUTTONS NOT ALLIGNED CORRECTLY WITH INTERNET EXPLORER

Error description

• I have just started testing the new 7.5.0.4 release and noticed
  that the text description is not displaying when you hover over
  the middle of a button. It displays only when the mosue cursor
  is on the outside edge of the button. This problem is seen only
  when using IE. It looks fine with FireFox.
  
  
  With IE. For example, if you go into Work Order Tracking and
  hover over the 'Change Status' button the text 'Change Status'
  is not displayed when hovering over the middle of the button .
  The cursor has to be on the outside edge of the button for the
  text to display.
