  STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
  (DELETE FROM PLUSTCLAIMSTAUS domain the original line for
  Internal Value
  APPR, Value APPR)
  
  1. Go to Domains, select PLUSTCLAIMSTATUS
  2. Add a new synonym for Internalvalue = APPR as = APPR2
  3. Go to Work Order Tracking (Tr) , Create a WO on an Asset
  which is
  under warranty
  4. Approve WO
  5. Go to Actuals -> Labor, Add "New Row"
  6. Go to Actuals -> Materials, Add New Row
  7. Select Action -> Warranty Claims -> Generate Warranty Calim
  8. Select Warrantable Transactions
  9. Click OK
  
  Expected Results:  Warranty Claim gets generated in an approved
  status
  (APPR2)
  Actual Result :  You get an error "External Value APPR not in
  Domain
  PLUSTCLAIMSTATUS"

Problem conclusion

• The application was generating the warranty claim, considering
  the internal value of the approved status, when the original
  approved internal value was changed, the error described
  happened. The problem was fixed considering the external value.
