Error description
table columns ignore webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns = false when selecting "select records" check box. STEPS TO RECREATE: This is recreatable in TPAE7503 environment with the following steps. 1) From "Go To"-"System Configuration"-"Platform Configuration"-"System Properties", verify that "webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns" is set to true. 2) From "Go To"-"Service Desk"-"Service Requests", create a new SR with the following values. Summary : 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901 234567890123456789012345678901234567890 3) Move to "List" tab, find the newly created SR and you will see that the value in Summary field is now wrapped in the following way. ----------------------------------------------------------- SR Summary Reported By 1181 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890 ----------------------------------------------------------- 4) From "Go To"-"System Configuration"-"Platform Configuration"-"System Properties", set "webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns" to false. 5) From "Go To"-"Service Desk"-"Service Requests", on "List" tab, find the SR created in the previous step 2). Now you can see that the value in Summary field is now truncated in the following way. ----------------------------------------------------------- SR Summary Reported By 1181 123456789012345678901234567890123456... ----------------------------------------------------------- This is working as expected. 6) However, after checking "Select Records" check box, you can see that the value in Summary field is now wrapped in the following way even though "webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns" is set to false. ----------------------------------------------------------- SR Summary Reported By 1181 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890 ----------------------------------------------------------- This is the problem.
