* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* An application using runtime linking along with dlopen/dlclose
* calls can trigger a SIGSEGV, which causes the kernel heap to
* be exhausted.  This may look like a memory leak or a system
* crash.

* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IV34354.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv34354/
