Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused because a native library was loaded into
  the Java process via JNI, and native library contained symbols
  with very long names.  In the example submitted, the symbol
  names were autogenerated by C++.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  7.0.0 SR4
  6.0.1 SR5
  6.0.0 SR13
  .
  jextract has been updated to correctly process the long symbol
  names.
