  Go to Organizations Application
  
  Bring up EAGLENA
  Select Action
  Inventory Options> Inventory Defaults
  Check both Disallow Negative and Available Balance
  OK and Save
  YOu may need to logout and log back in
  Select Action --> Inventory---> Inventory Usage
  Insert new record
  FROM STOREROOM enter CENTRAL
  Click on NEW Row
  Usage Type: Issue
  Item : 4-l080
  Quantity: 30
  GL Debit: 6000-200-200
  Select New row again
  Usage Type: RETURN
  ITEM : 4-l080
  Quantity: 10
  GL Debit: 6000-200-200
  Save
  Change status to COMPLETE
  Receive Following Error:
  
  BMXAA7691E - The status of inventory usage 1013 cannot be
  changed to
  COMPLETE.
  BMXAA7693E - The current requested quantity will cause a
  negative
  available balance for inventory usage line 1. Change the
  requested
  quantity before continuing with the transaction.
  
  If i enter the RETURN in the FIRST LINE and the Issue in the
  second
  Row...i get this error:
  
  BMXAA7691E - The status of inventory usage 1013 cannot be
  changed to
  COMPLETE.
  BMXAA7693E - The current requested quantity will cause a
  negative
  available balance for inventory usage line 2. Change the
  requested
  quantity before continuing with the transaction.

  * The code treats all inventory usage lines as positive        *
  * numbers.  It did not take into account for RETURN type of    *
  * lines so the sum of all lines is greater than the available  *
  * quantity of the inventory.                                   *

  * This is fixed in REL 7.5.0.4.  User can upgrade to           *
  * REL7.5.0.4 when it is scheduled to be released in the first  *
  * quarter of 2013.                                             *
