IV32043: BMXAA2517E CANNOT CHANGE STATUS TO INACTIVE BECAUSE LABOR XX REFERENCED ON A JOB PLAN

Error description

• Steps to Reproduce
  
  1) Go to Labor application
  2) Create a new labor record that has a status of ACTIVE.
  3) Go to the Job Plan application
  4) Create a new job plan in the lead field populate with the new
  labor created earlier
  5) Change the status of the job plan to Active
  6) Save the record
  7) From the Action menu Select Revise Job plan
  8) Remove the labor from the Lead field, so the lead field
  should be blank
  9) Change the status back to Active
  10)Save the Record
  11)Go to the Labor application and bring up the labor record
  created earlier
  12)Change the status to inactive you will be receive a popup
  with the following
  "BMXAA2517E - Cannot change status to Inactive because labor
  XXX is referenced on a job plan.
