Under special circumstances, the unconfig_vsi command in viosmgr may fail with error code 0x94 due to gathering the wrong list of vlans associated to a particular VSI instance ID.
Problem conclusion
This fix queries the ECP/VDP protocol for the list of vlans instead of deducting it from the vlans the given virtual switch manages.
