  Problem Description:
  After installing APAR VM65041 xdrmon starts to issue errors in
  syslog when run.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  * The xDR monitor fails to execute the command
  * 'q paths to xxxx-xxxx' because the buffer provided to the CP
  * command is too small.
  * The syslog in this case shows messages like:
  *  xdrmon: Failed to execute CP command 'Q PATHS TO XXXX-XXXX'
  * This doesn't make the xDR monitor fail, but it is not able to
  * verify that the channel paths to the secondary pprc devices
  * are online. If these channel paths are not online a hyperswap
  * may fail.
