  Occurs when passing in an empty string as a parameter to the
  tool, for example:
  sdk/bin/jdmpview -zip ""
  

Local fix

• Correct the parameter, to provide a valid input filename.
  

Problem summary

• Problem is caused when the unexpected empty string is passed in
  to the jdmpview tool.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  7.0.0 SR2
  6.0.1 SR3
  .
  The jdmpview tool has been fixed, with an extra check for an
  empty quoted string as input parameter. The tool will issue a
  normal error message rather than the exception.
