APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a report is exported as Excel file, then format of date in
    the exported file is "yyyy-m-d hh:ss:mm", though it should be
    "yyyy-m-d hh:mm:ss".  *ss* and *mm* should be reversed.
    

Local fix

  • Using BIRT designer to modify the data typy "date-type" to
    "string".

Problem conclusion

  • The data field where the time was shown incorrectly was fixed
    and now it shows the right time when a report is converted to
    excel format
