Error description

• On HP-UX the Monitoring Agent for UNIX OS kuxagent process uses
  high CPU while executing UTF8 conversions for UTF8 fields
  introduced in ITM 6.2.1.
  
  A possible workaround for this issue is to avoid that
  conversions on HP-UX machines that use codepage 1051.  This
  workaround can be enabled setting in the ux.ini file
  KUX_SKIP_UTF8CONV_PROCESS=TRUE

  On HP-UX, the Monitoring Agent for UNIX OS kuxagent process uses
  high CPU while executing UTF8 conversions for UTF8 fields
  introduced in IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.2.1.
  
  In order for this APAR to be properly implemented in your
  environment, an environment variable needs to be set.  See the
  "Install Actions" section of the APAR conclusion for more
  details.
