Problem summary

  • It is possible to do a garbage collection after the application
    class loader has been created and before the Garbage Collector's
    view of the class loaders has been updated, in which case the
    mentioned assertion is incorrect.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    7.0.0 SR1
    6.0.1 SR1
    .
    Moved the update of the Garbage Collector's view of class
    loaders to a better defined point which ensures that the
    permanent class loaders are correctly configured before each GC.
