APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • This APAR is created as AE/MDV APAR with "MDVREGR" class.
LingerTime value was left off DeviceStructure Display in 3.9
FP1.  This was not the case in 3.9 GA and is due to a change
made in APAR IV08192.

Local fix

  • None
On the TIP server -
$PRECISION_HOME/profiles/TIPProfile/etc/tnm/ncimMetaData.xml
file.  If you compare the GA version to FP1, you can see that
the three chassis table sections are different - they are
missing the (datafield) entry for lingerTime, and the table
section is missing an INNER JOIN with the linger time table.
