Error description

• Maximo 7119
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  
  
  
  1. Go To Job Plan application
  2. Create new Job Plan
  3. Click New Row on Labor tab
  4. Do not select a Craft or Labor value
  5. Attempt to save Job Plan record
  6. Should receive error BMXAA2169E   All labor rows must have a
  labor
  or craft
  7. Select either a Craft or Labor value
  8. Save Job Plan record
  9. Job Plan saves successfully
  10. Delete the Craft or Labor value entered in step 7 (Do not
  delete
  the Labor record, just delete the value)
  11. Save the Job Plan
  12. Job Plan can be saved with a Labor record that does not
  contain a
  Craft or Labor value
  
  Problem:
  When the Job Plan is then selected on a Work Order, receive
  error
  BMXAA2527E   Craft is not valid.
  
  Also reproduceable on the following versions:
  
  7116, 7117,7118,711110, 7500 and 7501

Problem conclusion

• In Job Plans application, JOBLABOR cannot be saved with null
  LABORCODE and CRAFT. As expected, the following error will be
  encountered: BMXAA2169E  All labor rows must have a labor or
