Error description

partial repository queue manager, it should not broadcast the
entire list of cluster queue manager records to the rest of the
    queue managers in the cluster.

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
Users of WebSphere MQ Queue Manager Clusters, hosting or
    previously hosting clustered publish/subscribe topics.

    Platforms affected:
All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows)
    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Issuing REFRESH CLUSTER on a queue manager which once hosted a
cluster topic, will cause all queue managers in the same cluster
as the topic, to become aware of each other.

Problem conclusion

  • The code has been modified so that that cluster queue manager
records are no longer published to every other queue manager in
the cluster by the full repository, when it encounters a topic
deletion request by another member of the cluster.
