  • GPFS hung during unconfig of disk.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • During unconfig of the disk The path removal code marks the
disk as failed over. It then waits for the path selection code
to complete the path removal. If there is no io to the disk
the path selection code will not run. Instead finish the path
removal during the health check.
