Problem summary


    

  • java does not start in -Xcompressedrefs mode if the -Xmx option
is set to anything above 27000m

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
7.0.0 SR1
.
The default base address of the launchers (java and javaw) have
been modified to load at 0x400000 for wa64 platform
