Error description

• Customer need to reduce the volume of logging in
  ncp_poller.SnmpPoller.<domain>.trace file as it causes the file
  to grow huge.
  
  It contains lot many repeatative messages filling up the log
  file.
  
  Example for one such kind of message is:
  
  "2011-12-21 05:27:45 INFO     CPolicyMonitorMap.cc(473):
  processing
  updated entity 1389669: (NULL)"
  
  Customer want to reduce the verbosity of this trace file.
