IV12841: UPDATE IBM.MCP AND IBM.MNGNODE RESOURCE CLASS INFO IN RSCT DOCS

Error description

  • With Native Management Domain environments two new resource
classes, IBM.MCP and IBM.MngNode were introduced.

Apparently the RSCT admin guide didn't include information
regarding which resource classes where replaced with these
new resource classes.
The RSCT doc's don't mention that the "IBM.MangementServer is
being replaced with the IBM.MCP" and that the "IBM.ManagedNode
is being replaced with IBM.MngNode"

Opening DOC APAR so that RSCT doc's can be updated to include
that under Native Management Domain the "IBM.MangementServer
was replaced with IBM.MCP" and the "IBM.ManagedNode was
replaced with IBM.MngNode" resource classes.

IBM.MCP, and the IBM.ManagedNode resource class being
replaced by IBM.MngNode.
