APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In Organization Administration Console > Access Management >
  Find User > Click Member Groups button, you can assign
  member groups to a user.  If there are many member groups,
  adding a member group to a user can take several minutes, or
  cause the browser to crash.
  This fix will improve the performance of this function.
  

Local fix

• In Organization Administration Console, first find and select a
  member group, and then add the user to the member group.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users on version 6.0 who use Organizational
  Administration Console to add member groups to a user and with a
  significant amount of member groups.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Assigning member groups to a user in Organization Administration
  Console can last several minutes and in some cases crash the
  browser.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Slow performance in Organization Administration Console when
  managing the users in a member group.
