Error description

  • WORKORDER STATUS THAT EXISTS WITHIN MULTIPLE SITES ON DIFFERENT
    INTERNAL VALUES CAUSES ISSUES

    Maximo 7.1.1.7

The domain WOSTATUS has a value 'PLAN' which has different
    internal
values for different sites (we have 3 sites ) which is making
    the
BEDFORD (SITE) workorders of 'PLAN' status inaccessable from
applications like receiving and issues and transfers.

    Site TEXAS- 'WAPPR'(Internal)- 'PLAN' (external)
    Site BEDFORD- 'APPR'(Internal)- 'PLAN' (external)
    Site WOKING- 'WAPPR'(Internal)-'PLAN' (external)

When the BEDFORD user of site tries to select a workorder in
    'PLAN'
status, it throws an error that the workorder is not in an
    approved
    status.
