PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: tacmd suggestbaseline command incorrectly gets error KUICAC019E. tacmd listsitattributes command and TEP Add Expression Overrides dialo do not display the correct key/condition attributes. RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS: TACMD SCENARIO: 1-Distribute the NT_Process_CPU_Critical situation to a windows machine. 2-Issue the following command (on one line): tacmd suggestbaseline -s NT_Process_CPU_Critical -m <machine ms name> -p "% Processor Time GE 65" -f avg+1 -d 1110707000000000 -e 1110707160000000 -k "Process Count EQ 2" -c Weekday -h localhost -u sysadmin 3-Observe: Before the fix, error KVICAC019E will display After the fix, message KUICAC003I Retrieving historical data from the Tivoli Data Warehouse... will display, likely followed by message KUICAC014E saying there is no data for the range 4-Issue tacmd listsitattributes -s NT_Process_CPU_Critical 5-Observe: Before the fix, no key/condition attributes will be listed After the fix, the following will display: ***Attributes eligible to be used for overrides*** Attribute Name: NT_Process.%_Processor_Time Display Name: % Processor Time Attribute Name: NT_Process.Priority_Base Display Name: Priority Base Attribute Name: NT_Process.Process_Name Display Name: Process Name ***Attributes eligible to be used as a key/condition*** Attribute Name: WTPROCESS.BINPATH Display Name: Binary Path Attribute Name: WTPROCESS.USERID Display Name: User Attribute Name: WTPROCESS.PROCCOUNT Display Name: Process Count TEP SCENARIO: 1-Open Windows OS ] NT_Process_CPU_Critical situation in Situation Editor 2-Click the Distribution tab 3-Assign an available system, select it and click Override Formula 4-Observe: Before the fix, the left expression pane will show no attribute columns. After the fix, the left expression pane will show Binary Path, User and Process Count columns

Problem summary
Attribute lists used by some tacmd and portal client situation management functions are incomplete. The tacmd suggestbaseline command incorrectly gets error KUICAC019E. The tacmd listsitattributes command and the portal client Add Expression Overrides dialog do not display the correct key/condition attributes for some situations.
Problem conclusion
