Problem: Customer Agreement (SP) can't be applied to wo Version of Maximo: MBS 7118 SP 712 Application within Maximo: work order tracking SP Description of Problem: replicated in maxdemo IBM Maximo for Service Provider 7.1.2 Build 20100408-1049 DB Build V7122-06 HFDB Build HF7122-08 Base Services 7.1.1.8 Build 20100522-0325 DB Build V7117-47 1. Create a Customer Agreement called CA with a start date of today 8/11/11 customer = customerA Agreement Maximum = 2000 go to the price schedules tab click new row to add a Price Schedule schedule = scheduleA applies to = workorder ranking = 1 that applies to work order. Fixed Amount=200 type=INCENTIVE save and approve the record 2. Create a work order with a system specified Reported Date. customer = customerA 3. go to select action menu, Apply the Customer Agreement to the work order. customer agreement has been applied 4. Revise the Customer Agreement in order to change the Start Date to an earlier date e.g. 8/12/11 to 8/1/11 save and Approve it. 5. Create a new work order and modify the Reported Date to a date in between the original Customer Agreement Start Date (8/12/11) and the revised one (8/1/11) e.g. 8/2/11 5:00 PM customer = customerA save 6. Click Select action, Apply Customer Agreement. Maximo will display BMXAQ0095E - No Customer Agreement Found . In theory the Customer Agreement should be applied to the WO since the WO Reported Date is after the new Customer Agreement Start Date.
