Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused due to a missing shift-in byte (SI) at the
    end of DBCS character sequence.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR10
    7.0.0 SR1
    .
    JVM code has been updated to insert an SI byte at the end of
    DBCS character sequence while it processes a string which
    contains both single and double byte characters.
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20111022 or later
