Error description

  • We have encountered an issue in which performing a Vendor lookup
    on the
    Advanced Search dialogue for the Work Order Tracking
    application, is
    providing no values to select from (even though there are
    clearly
    vendors in the database). This is reproduceable in a Maximo 7
    Demo
    environment:
    
    * Maximo Demo 7.1.1.5
    * WebSphere 6.1.0.19
    * SQL Server 2005 SP2
    * Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
    
    Steps to reproduce issue:
    1) Login to the Maximo Demo environment as Wilson.
    2) Navigate to the Work Order Tracking application.
    3) Click on 'Advanced Search'.
    4) Click on the Detail Menu for the Vendor field and click
    'Select
    Value'.
    5) The Select Value dialogue appears, but is empty.
    
    
    This issue can be replicated in Maximo Version V 6.2.x / V 7.1.x
    and V 7.5.x
