  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  On AIX, the ITM Unix Log Agent does not use the external TZ
  (TimeZone) environmental variable, when displaying the Log
  Entries for errlog file. This forces the log entries to be
  retrieved with a GMT timestamp and in some cases this imply that
  the entries are not displayed on TEP which is using its own
  local time for queries.
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  Install a Unix Log Agent and a TEPS server on the same
  timezone different from GMT and, from TEP, display the errlog
  entries by customizing the time limits of the query.

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified in order to use the TZ (TimeZone)
  Environmental variable when displaying the errlog file on AIX
  systems. In addition to that, if the customer wants to specify a
  value for TZ different from the default one, he can add this
  variable to the ul.ini configuration file. For instance, to set
  the Time Zone to EST6EDT, the following line can be added to the
  ul.ini file:
   TZ=EST6EDT
  After changing the ul.ini file, the agent must be restarted.
