Error description

  • When a discovery is being performed or we fake a discovery by
    updating the ncim.domainMgr table, the Network Views are very
    slow to respond for a while afterwards. This is due to the
    Network View caches being refreshed and locking the domainMgr
    table each time.

Problem conclusion

  • Removed the lock from ncim.domainMgr as it is not necessary, and
    rewritten the way in which we get the entities for each view to
    register them for status in the Network View tree.  This will
    reduce the load on the database.
