Error description

  • If the last line of a script file does not have a
newline character, csh will not execute the command
on that line.

Local fix

  • Add a newline to the last line of the script file.
Or use ksh shell.

Problem summary

  • csh doesn't excute last line which doesn't has '
'.

  • Handle the EOF condition .
