Error description

  • On an FCoE virtual fabric, LINK_DOWN and LINK_UP events may be
    dropped by the FCoE adapter driver.  The FCoE virtual link may
    in fact have recovered but the driver believes the link is
    still down.

Problem summary

    still down.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Process additional async event notifications from the adapter
    and map them to either LINK_UP or LINK_DOWN async status to
    the FCoE protocol driver.
