Error description
Title: The explorer profile is not loaded when engina is not enabled Description: This is a defect of the IBM GIAMA project (Global Identity and Access Management Automation solution). On a Windows XP SP3 machine, after we install TAM ESSO 8.1 GA build + Fixpack 3 and disable Engina. The profile for Explorer.exe is not loaded sometimes. Steps to Duplicate: Disable the EnGina.dll Desired Behavior: When the EnGina.dll is disabled the Explorer.exe profile should always load. Environmnet: TAM ESSO 8.1 with FP3

The problem has been addressed in an iFix (AccessAgent 8.1.0.0162) available on request from support. The fix will be included in future fix packs and releases.
