• Although the description_u attribute of the group Event Log has
  the length of 1128 characters, with a string of 377 or more
  japanese characters the field is empty.

  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  Send to event log a string with 377 or more japanese character
  and set the monitoring on Event Log Group.
