Error description

• Normally, the -logdir switch for ncp_ctrl can be used to control
  where all log and trace files are placed for the domain being
  run.  Since 3.8 FP5, only the first few lines of the trace files
  appear in the specified directory, while the remainder appear in
  the default location ($NCHOME/log/precision).
