  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

  MIB OID deprecated on newer Cisco devices
  
  For new Cisco devices  the values for CPU Utilization are not
  being calculated,
  
  It was found the following issue with 4.3X App Pack,
  For CPUTotal5min - OID - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5 on newer
  cisco devices this is no longer supported,
  
  After some investigations the culprit was found;
  
  Proviso uses the following formula to calculate the Device CPU:
  DIM I1 As Integer Default *;
  DIM I2 As Integer Default *;
  
  Ave(*,cpmCPUTotal5min.%I2);
  
  
  The issue we have are on all the PE devices with  sysDescr.0 =
  STRING:Cisco IOS XR Software (Cisco CRS-4/S),  Version
  3.9.1[00],
  
  Performed a SNMP Walk on these devices and the OID used by the
  Proviso formula are not supported;
  See below:
  
  ./snmpwalk -v2c -Os -c ikhoboka 41.147.250.4
  1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5
  enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5 = No Such Instance currently
  exists at this OID,
  
  Then went to Cisco website to validate the OID and found that
  this OID have been deprecated,

  Customer request:
  The App Pack MUST be able to managed both OID depending on the
  Cisco IOS version in order to properly report on all Cisco.
  2 OID of CISCO-PROCESS-MIB are:
  - "Old OID" : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5
  - "New OID" : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8
