Problem Description:
In IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, users are unable to unlock
locked SFTP users through the Policy Lock Manager screen. As a
result, locked user accounts cannot be unlocked through the user

interface.

  • Resolution Summary:
Updated the Policy Lock Manager processing to correctly pass the

required request parameters to the JSP page, enabling locked
SFTP users to be unlocked successfully.
