Error description
When the FTP connection is configured to be cached with the use of MQSI_FILENODES_CACHE_REMOTE_SERVICES environment variable enabled, and the connection is broken for any reason, then our code attempts to use an invalid connection that will result in an exception.
Local fix
Make sure no other servers interfere with the cached connection and the timeout configured is achievable and is acknowledged by your proxy, loadblancer or firewall if any are configured.
