Error description

• Some devices may not appear in Storage Insights due to the
  absence of Carbon Emissions and Power Usage data for certain
  countries. This behavior is applicable only to environments
  associated with countries that do not display these values in
  the Country tab under Environment Metrics.
  
  The expectation is that once the customer clicks on Storage
  System count hyperlink, the respective storages must be shown.
