• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A high number of debug messages for events are observed on
  stderr logs without enabling debug messages for events.
  

Local fix

• Copy the library file
  "libevent-2.1.12-master-amd64_linux_2.tar.gz" under
  "WMB/src/PlatformBinaries/amd64_linux_2/libevent/" from App
  Connect Enterprise v12.0.12.23.
