APAR status

• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• A customer followed the instructions on:
  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/app-connect/12.0.x?topic=command-jvm
  -parameter-values
  which showed that -1 was an acceptable default value.
  Once they set these to -1, they god an error message saying -1
  was not acceptable
  

Local fix

• Documentation updated to remove references to -1
