Error description

• MQCONN returns 2538 if max active channels are reached when
  using v8.1.0.30.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• IT48052 regressed the expected rc on the application site
  from rc 2538 to rc 2537.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product has been changed to report the expected rc back to the
  application.

  The fix is targeted for delivery in maintenance level 8.1.0.35
  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
  The latest available maintenance can be obtained from
