Error description

• Users who are not the tenant owner, but are assigned the
  Administrator role on an existing Storage Insights Pro instance,
  may be unable to register a new Storage Insights Foundation
  instance. In this scenario, the system displays the error
  message Good news! You already have an IBM Storage Insights
  service, preventing the creation of the Foundation instance.
  Each IBMid should be allowed to register one IBM Storage
  Insights instance.
