Error description

• A PASS is reported for GCC 13 on AIX when it should report a
  FAIL as only GCC 12 is currently supported.

  All users of App Connect Enterprise who run the mqsisystemreport
  tool on AIX
  
  
  Platforms affected:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  On AIX the mqsisystemreport tool incorrectly reports that GCC
  V13 can be used with App Connect Enterprise.
  

Problem conclusion

• The mqsisystemreport tool has been corrected so that it reports
  an error on AIX if the GCC is not version 12.
