Error description

• Viewing a Data Collector's details, the devices (switches in
  this case) are shown as "Allowed" for the Data Collector, but
  none are listed as "Monitoring" and are shows "unreachable"
  status for each assigned Data collectors. The result is no
  primary DataCollector is assigned for the device. Performance
  continues to be collected.
  Running a test connection completes and verifies connectivity to
  the device, but does not update or assign a Data Collector as
  "Monitoring".
