IT48931: EMAIL DELIVERY OF CUSTOM ALERT REPORTS SHOWS NO DATA IN STORAGE INSIGHTS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a custom Alert Report is created in Storage Insights and
  executed using Run Now or scheduled for email delivery, the
  received email does not contain any data rows. The report
  attachments (HTML, CSV, and PDF) also show empty rows.
  
  However, when the same report is opened directly in the Storage
  Insights GUI, the data is displayed correctly.
  Note: Custom reports can only be created in the Classic UI and
  not in the Carbon UI.

  The customer reported that when they attempt to generate an
  alert report for one of their devices, the output contains only
  the headers and no actual data.
