Error description

• The FlashSystems are sending data correctly, all the COS
  payloads are being processed as expected but Storage Insights is
  not processing the data. when looking at the sample data, is
  shows a count of "0". Switching the collection source from Call
  Home to the Data Collector also does not resolve the issue.
