• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Application groups "Subcomponent" is rendering but it is
  missing all of the Member entries, and missing all the Related
  Resources information.
  
  Expected Results: The Application Subcomponent should render the
  Filter(s), the Member(s), and the Related Resources every time
  the panel is loaded.
  

Local fix

• There is no problem editing/re-saving the filter to populate the
  entries on the left panel, so the user can do that in the
  meantime.

  Before fix is available, you can edit and re-save the filter
  to populate the entries on the left panel, so you can see
  those subcomponents entities.
