Error description

• When using ODBC to call a stored procedure that passes a
  TIMESTAMP as a parameter for insertion into a PostgreSQL
  database, any fractional seconds that are part of the TIMESTAMP
  are not inserted into the PostgreSQL database TIMESTAMP column.

  All users of App Connect Enterprise who use a database stored
  procedure to INSERT TIMESTAMP data that contains fractional
  seconds via ODBC to PostgreSQL.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  WinX64, LinuxX64

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using a database stored procedure to INSERT TIMESTAMP data
  that contains fractional seconds via ODBC to PostgreSQL the
  fractional seconds were lost.
  

Problem conclusion

• An updated PostgreSQL ODBC driver that resolves this issue has
  been included in App Connect Enterprise
